It has Michael Gambon’s voice tell us about the empty throne and the alliance of dark forces, which seems like a pretty good basis for getting excited about anything.

But in reality it really acts as little more than a signpost back to things we already know about it. It emphasises the acute appropriateness of a WoW-like MMO having an Ouroboros as its logo, too. Ponder on that, below.
