Here’s the official trailer for Skyrim’s first expanded quest, Dawnguard. As you can see, this is no simple extra mission, but will be a full story, this time revolving around a vampiric lord hell bent of obtaining the Elder Scrolls in order to rule the world by banishing the very sun from the sky.

Will you decide to aid the evil blood-drinkers, or will you join the Dawnguard, and put an end to the toothy threat?

The expansion will include new locations, creatures, weapons and much, much more, and looks to be on a par with the impressive Oblivion expansion, The Shivering Isles in scope, which is nice, as the download, due to arrive this summer, will set you back 1600 MS Points.
