See how the Xbox 360 runs Titanfall in this Attrition match from the campaign. Set in the near future on a distant frontier torn apart by war, Titanfall drops players in the middle of a conflict between the Interstellar Manufacturing Corporation (IMC) and the Militia.
After a pair of delays, Titanfall has finally come to the Xbox 360. Earlier, we learned that Titanfall on the Xbox 360 requires a 1GB install prior to playing. Today, YouTuber Jan ChillOnXbox, with another early copy of the title, reveals that the game will indeed receive a day one patch that will give Titanfall players on the Xbox 360 a choice to lock the game at 30 FPS, as seen in the video above.
Developer Bluepoint Games wrote earlier that Titanfall on the Xbox 360 can run above 30 FPS. But it’s like that the option to lock it at 30 is there for those who prefer a more consistent experience.
Unfortunately, there is no gameplay footage of Titanfall running on previous-gen, nor are there any further details regarding the day one patch for Titanfall. Though, Respawn CEO Vince Zampella says on Twitter that “Matchmaking is also a priority”.
